Suzann Junior Challenge
Suzann Junior Challenge (SJC) was started in 2004 by myself with the Norwegian Golf Federation. Our primary goal is to develop junior golf.
SJC is the only youth golf challenge in Norway within age groups 13/14 and 15/16.National finals are played as a two day stroke play competition with activities after play on both days.
We have seen constant growth of participating clubs and players since the beginning. Approximately 350 players are participating in regional finals, and we have 75 clubs nominating players to the 7 regional finals throughout Norway.
Finals are played in Oslo, Norway. 60 players + invites qualified for the national finals.
This is meant to be a Challenge. They shall learn, be inspired and inspire. My goal is to give them something special, and hopefully they will show their passion for the game and have fun during the tournament.
